Harvester, Trencher, and Reorganization will build Infinity and Juggernaut, and Bullet Liner will build Dora for defense.
However, Deck aims to win by hitting his attack position with Libe's 6000.
End Dragon is for when destroyed in Nova state
Rampage can be played with 《Instant Fusion》and become a material for the opponent's Extra Zone and Mega Fleet, or this one in Nexteer and Extra Zone can be used as a material for Mega Fleet.

Weakness

The initial move consists of a Harvester and a Machina monster, but if the Harvester isn't in your initial hand, it's basically stacking.
Bullet Reiner can't use Special Summon unless he has EARTH Machine, and he can't use Cyber Xyz when he builds it.
Hand triggers can be overwhelmed by increasing G with firepower, but effects negate and destruction systems are stuck.

Customize

Link doesn't basically work, so if you combine Knuckle, Phoenix, and Dingils with three spiders, Labenos, Pain, and Seven, you can use Dora's fire power instead.
