"0 kill barrage! "Deck that does not pass the turn to the opponent" Deck 2020

Playing

(1) After drawing 《Royal Magical Library》, immediately Normal Summon onto your field.
After that, use a large number of spell cards to place counters on Royal Magical Library.
Once you have accumulated 3 counters, immediately activate the effect and aim for "Library Exo 1 kill".
The opponent's attack is defended with "Swords of Revealing Light".
(2) After drawing Painful Choice, use it immediately to compress the Deck.
(3) When discarding cards using 《Graceful Charity》, if he has 2 of the same Exodia parts, discard one of them to his GY.
If there is still a duplication and he can't draw Royal Magical Library, he Normal Summons only one of his duplicated Exodia parts and equips it with Wonder Wand.
He then sends his Exodia part and Wonder Wand to his GY and draws two cards from the Deck.

If your opponent summons a monster to his Special Summon, immediately activate 《Proliferate G》from your hand.

With his deck, you can easily get 0 kills second or 1 kill first without literally giving your opponent a turn.
Therefore, the Deck's speed rating should be 200 instead of 100.

This Deck was created in response to the errata (weakening) of .
Before Makyura the Destructor was errataed, somehow sending this card to his GY would easily give him a 0 kill.
However, due to the errata, it is virtually impossible to kill 0 using this, so how can we achieve 0 kills?
That's why I came up with this Deck.
The true value of this deck is returning the opponent's first kill with 0 kills.

→ In the middle of the solitaire, you have all of his Exodia parts in your hand, and your opponent loses! (0 kills achieved!)

If your deck has 40 cards and you have 1 Exodia part each, the probability of getting all Exodia parts on the first draw is 1 in 658,008, but if you put 2 of each Exodia part, the probability is 65. It jumps to 32 in 8,008 (1 in 20,563).
When all Exodia parts are stacked 3 times, the probability jumps to 243/658,008 (1/2708).
Add to this the large amount of draws caused by the effect of "Proliferating G", and the probability of a successful 0 kill becomes dozens, or even hundreds of times higher than the above figures.
