Playing

It is a Deck that actively drops Worm into GY and Special Summons Victory using abundant reverse support to win by punching.
In the early stages, Tarot Rei, puppets, and Junk Sleep are used to actively activate reverse effects to interfere with the opponent (especially his Tindangle Angel) and solidify the field.
Meanwhile, with World Legacy Survivor, Iai draw, Shaddoll Fusion, Subterror Behemoth Fiendess, etc., he feeds Worm into GY.
In the final stage, the effect of Borrel Guard Dragon activates a reverse effect, and the effect of Deus X-Krawler seals off the opponent's monsters.
Worm Victory's holistic destruction & super fire power (max 6000) cuts down her opponent's LP.

Strength

He can use Shaddoll's effect during the process of dropping it into GY and during the Ritual Summoning of Tarot Rei.
By inserting Krawler, you can use the second effect of the puppet.
Borrel Guard is indestructible, so it works very well with Victory.
Except for Zex, Yagan, and Tarot Rei, he's a Flip Monster, so Tindangle Angel can revive almost any monster.
By using the effect of Tindangle Angel at the start of your opponent's battle phase, you can increase the number of monsters while blocking your opponent's attacks.
In the early game, I don't do Special Summon much, so midrash doesn't get in the way much.
In the early stages, you can't (or can't) use extra monsters, so you can force your opponent to disadvantage with the effect of Morphing Jar #2.

Weakness

Initial movement is not stable.
slow.
It's very painful if you can't draw a card that can be actively reversed.

Customize

If you don't like Worm, I think Subterror or Shaddoll will do.
Iai draw may become a limitation, so it might be better to increase Tarot Ray or Ritual...
