Playing

It's his Deck that just uses Kotetsu and 《Hidden Armory》to align equipment cards, strengthen monsters, and hit them.
There is no point in attacking properly unless the situation is in place and you can get one kill, so basically I think that you will promote draws with Cards and Cards and solidify your defense with traps.
《Cardcar D》Summon → Effect or Kotetsu Set → Reverse or 《Hidden Armory》to promote draw or deck compression & equipment search → Protect the field with traps and go to ① or ② when the situation is ready
①《Goblindbergh》→Ben Kay→Equip Spell or Rank 4 Xyz on Ben Kay
②《Goblindbergh》→《Junk Synchron》→Synchro
I think that's the basic flow.
Exceptional Level 5 Synchro: 《Junk Synchron》Summon → Ben Kay or 《Cardcar D》
No monsters, but a good hand: Equip Scapegoat with his Equip Spell and hit him.
I thought it would be good to go with the feeling that "Scapegoat" and "Unstable Evolution" are the same as Ben Kay.

Strength

He has enough firepower to shave off 8000 LP with one hit.

Weakness

There are many Spell/Effect Monsters that have the disadvantage of not being able to Normal Summon or Special Summon. Kotetsu's effect is slow and it's a reverse effect, so it's not stable.

Customize

Considering the situation where you attack with Hope Ray instead of Ben Kay with multiple attacks, put in a giant. Pull out Kotetsu and insert "Hayabusa Knight" or "Mataza the Zapper" to strengthen the offensive side. Change the trap to a free chain attack block instead of destroying the opponent's monster.
