Regarding the method of turning, we will proceed in a manner similar to the general [Library Exo]. Summon and Special Summon 《Royal Magical Library》as soon as possible, rotate the Deck using the spell Droso, and draw additional cards with the effect of the library. On the final board, 《Ten Thousand Dragon》and 《Catapult Turtle》are lined up, and 《Concentrating Current》targets 《Ten Thousand Dragon》. One turn kill (FTK) is possible with 10,000 effect damage on the first turn by ejecting with the effect of the catapult. For the summoning cost of 《Ten Thousand Dragon》, 《Blue-Eyes White Dragon》sent to GY with 《Trade-In》etc. can be revived two with 《Soul Charge》, or if there are two Libraries, one can be revived and then X-summoned 《Number 39: Utopia》. The sum of the offense and defense of these two bodies is exactly 10,000. 《Catapult Turtle》can be revived with 《Soul Charge》, or you can release the library with 《Double Summon》and Tribute Summon.
If it goes well, there are fewer combo parts than Exo, so I can get it quickly, so I'd like to differentiate it there.

Strength

As with all library series, once it starts spinning, it almost never stops. Furthermore, Blue-Eyed Resurrection doesn't necessarily have to stick to two, so unlike Exo, it's possible to get a combo even early (with about 15 cards left in the Deck).

Weakness

Very low success rate. Even if the summoning and effect of "Royal Magical Library" is interrupted, or if the last "Catapult Turtle" hits "Effect Veiler", etc., it will be stuck. So from my experience, the success rate is less than 10%. Even if the opponent doesn't have any obstruction cards and you are in the lead, it's about 50% if you don't do well.
After that, even if one of the necessary parts is dropped from your hand with 《Trickstar Reincarnation》etc., it's over.
