Playing

With 《Psi-Reflector》, which can perform a 6-9 star Synchro Summon with just one card, he is a Deck that attacks with Synchro Monsters while being conscious of not running out of cards. By using Resonator, it becomes easier to aim for a one-shot kill with Evolution of Red Archfiend, Double Tuning, Belial and Scarlight.
As a play gimmick, the Continuous Trap card 《Ordeal of a Traveler》is used. This Deck's 《Assault Mode Activate》is always in your hand for Reflector, so you can create a situation where you have to consider ``at least one Trap card is confirmed'' when choosing between 3 types of cards. So compatibility is good.
If 《Pot of Desires》is in a situation where you can play aggressively (≒buster mode search is over), it is rare to have a problem even if you use it multiple times, so I stack 3 copies.

Strength

Aim for a one-shot kill when you can wipe out the opponent's field with the effect of Scarlight.

Red Summon, Reflector Special Summon → Basbi Search with Reflector effect → Discard Basbi and search mode → Show mode with Reflector effect, revive Basbi and increase level by 3 → S Summon Scarlight with Reflector and Basbi, effect "ATK less than own" ・ Destroy all Effect Monsters that have been Special Summoned and inflict burn damage → Special Summon the release personnel → S summon Belial with Red and Scarlight → Use the release personnel as a cost to activate Belial’s effect, and Special Summon the Scarlight → Directly attack with 2 Red Archfiends, Special Summon 2 Tuners with Belial effect → Special Summon 2 Tuners with Scar Light effect and destroy 1000 Burns

The total damage amount will be over 8000. It looks like it's going to be difficult because it uses 3 cards in hand, but it's easy to secure the key card because the reflector can be secured by calling the sniper, Kintele, Red, and the release personnel.
Kaiju chose it because he can deal with monsters with over 3000 ATK and resistance that cannot be destroyed by Scarlight, and because it can be reused with Quantum and 《Ordeal of a Traveler》.

Weakness

・ Reflectors and related cards all have hand triggers
・It's risky to greed when you haven't been able to search for Buster Mode.
・It's hard to get knocked out of Buster Mode with handicap.
