Playing

With Shineet Magician-related cards in Rising Rampage, he thought of a Spellcaster Deck. Rising Rampage also includes new cards for Fortune Lady, who is also her spellcaster.

Strength

By using Alchemic Magician, you can search for limited cards or 《Magicalized Fusion》that only uses one card. Alchemic Magician's materials are quite heavy as her Spellcaster level 4 monster x 3, but I think that Fortune Lady, Shirayuki, and Silent Magician make it much easier to get out.
Since I often banish it, I use Gandra Giga Raise, which can raise the RBI with monsters in the exclusion zone. It is also possible. (The reason why I chose Gandora over Da Yiza is because it can be searched with a witch.)
Also, if you play 《Nirvana High Paladin》or Quintet Magician first to reduce LP, it will be easier to reap the remaining LP with Gundora Giga Raise.

Weakness

If you make a hand accident, you may not be able to recover due to the low card power of a single card.
The early stages are relatively tough, so I'm weak against his deck, which loses if you return a turn, such as a second kill.
《Stim-Pack》and 《Side Effects?》were agonized until the very end, but I regret that they were rejected.

Customize

It might be a good idea to use One Chan!? to make it easier to collect level 1 monsters. One chance!? If Jester Confit has ssed by recruiting, search for Lighty and ns, conversely, if Lighty has ns, search for Jester Confy and ss with his own effect, Daybreaker and Shiny It will be easier to connect to To Magician.
Skaldet's frame is a free frame, and since it uses Harifiber, I wanted to use it other than pulling the tuner for Synchro Summoning, so I adopted it. I think the frame here could be Apolloosa, the Borrel series, or another S monster.
《Linkuriboh》is not used due to the frame, but it will be replaced with the frame of Sacrifice Anima or Al Mirage. This time, we have Sacrifice Anima, which is easy to connect to Daybreaker and Alchemic Magician, and Almirage, which can actively send witches to his GY.
Next time, when I remake it, I would like to think about a concept Deck related to Shineet Magicians that uses 《Stim-Pack》and 《Side Effects?》cards in the form of meaningful adoption instead of just adopting them.
