Strength

If you have Winda left, you can summon Sphere with Gullfaxi, or with 3-body sync Mistworm (it used to be Trish). Gusto has a lot of psychics, and Gusto's sync is his Psychic, so I used 《Miracle Synchro Fusion》. Along with that, if you adopt this Instant Fusion, won't you be able to become a Supreme Magician? Arkanite is also adopted. Librarians are also available.
Since you have Gardo and Junk Ron, if you have 《Instant Fusion》, you can immediately connect to Arkanite. With Junk Ron, if GY has an Iggle, he can summon it with its effect, and after using the effect of Arkanite, he can also perform a level 8 sync.
His Scrap Dragon from Synchro Monster works great with Gardo and Falco. 《Ultimate Axon Kicker》is also not destroyed by effect, so there is no add loss, and it can also be used as a key to activate the summoning effect of Meklord Monarch.
And, not to mention Gusto's trump card, Spheread, it's a nightmare against high RBI opponents.

Weakness

Well, I wrote as many strengths and combos as I could think of, but there are too many weaknesses and problems.
