Playing

His monarch this time is 15 monarch unlike last time. As for the initial move, when you are in the lead, you can lay down your continuous attacks and rage and perform his Tribute Summon on your opponent's turn, then lock your opponent with 《Vanity's Fiend》or Maiko Majin. The second attack also performs a Tribute Summon. Let's set up advanced monarchs such as Erebos and Etail while removing the opponent's monsters using Retsusen.

Strength

In order to control the middle stage, I tried incorporating the Gourai Monarch Zarc gimmick. Zark prepares to summon as soon as the base is ready. The best timing is from the second turn onwards, as there is a risk of being destroyed if you try to force the summon when the board is not ready. If you have 《Necro Fusion》in your first hand, you can also have Harakiri on your first turn.

Weakness

Again, I don't have a hand trigger & Counter Trap. You may want to put in extra G. Also, since I forced the Gourai gimmick into it, I can't control the meta like I did last time. Vulnerable to Elimination, Special Summon, Tribute Contain, Skidle, and Take Control.
