It's a 1-star D-name tuner that doesn't get caught in the resurrection restrictions, so I'm pinning it because I occasionally want it.

It is used as a seed for 《Where Arf Thou?》and 《Saryuja Skull Dread》. As far as I tried it, it's easy to use, but you may not need 3 sheets.
・《Pot of Acquisitiveness》
《D・Smartphone》and 《D・Remote》can be removed relatively often, so it is used. Personally, I felt that it would be possible to hit Machine Duplication again, and that returning to GY was less rewarding (1 draw is more delicious than returning to GY), so I chose this instead of burial. Due to the existence of this card, it is relatively easy to perform the act of casting "Machine Duplication" to "D-Remote" and consuming GY resources to search. As for the number of copies, I think that about 2 copies are enough because it is named Turn 1.

Including 《Saryuja Skull Dread》, there are relatively many draw cards, so I get the impression that the hand cost is less of a concern than you might think. Unlike 《Junk BOX》, it can also be searched with 《D・Smartphone》. It may be good to increase the number of sheets a little more.

Weakness

・High accident rate
I have a certain amount of draw cards and search cards such as 《D・Remote》and 《Where Arf Thou?》, but the accident rate is still high.
Even if you reduce the number of D monsters too much, the hits of "D.Mobaphone" and "D.Smartphone" will decrease, so it is a difficult part to adjust.
・Vulnerable to hand triggers
If you stop the move at the stage where you first put out 《D.Mobahon》, you can do nothing.
Whether or not you can afford to put 《Called by the Grave》... it's an indescribable part.
・Difficult to switch back when attacking second
For the time being, Black Rose Dragon is in the easy-to-play category, but basically, the main focus is to play first and enjoy Cosmic and other things.
If you place importance on turning back, you may want to include a Troymare-type Link Monster.

When it was semi-restricted, I used 2 copies, but with the restricted designation, I used up a lot of extra slots, so I skipped it.
・《Firewall Dragon》
FWD. To be honest, I could have put it in, but the orientation of the link marker wasn't good enough, and I didn't want to reduce the number of frames that I could get from extras, so I decided to remove it.
Of course, what is written is strong, so there is plenty of room for adoption (please errata to turn 1 early).
・《Mecha Phantom Beast O-Lion》
He is also a machine tuner, and is the top candidate for 《Crystron Halqifibrax》, but he often turns around without relying on him so much, and because he didn't have many opportunities to play an active role, he dropped out.
・《Jet Synchron》
Since 《Machine Duplication》can be shared, there is room for adoption. However, I personally feel that 《Glow-Up Bulb》and 《D・Smartphone》, which can produce 《Naturia Beast》, are easier to use, so I decided not to use them.
・《Inferno Reckless Summon》
It was relatively useful when 《Grinder Golem》was used, but currently it is necessary to send 《Summon Sorceress》to the opponent's field, and I felt that it would be a pain to waste cards in the early stages, so I didn't have as many opportunities to play as I thought, so I decided not to use it. is.
・《Iron Call》
A resurrection tag for the Machine. In this deck, I felt that the effect negate was heavier than I thought, so I gave up on using it.
