Strength

Basically, it is a sacred carving specialized for rank 8 axes.
However, the reason why Rank 4 is easy to get is for stability and deployment.
Drop a white stone with a chain or drop a Hieratic Seal.
With Emeral, he caught Blue-Eyed and made him join the RBI.
It is necessary to revive the Holy Time with the Queen, and to perform various actions such as further developing from the hand.
Also, since it uses 《Dragard》, it is also a feature that you can easily put out super Galaxy-Eyes if you have prepared GY.
Summoning Dragard from Topheni Special will release him with Hieratic Seal Resurrection, making it a basic move since it will make it easier to deploy a Direct Rank 8.
Dragon Ruler not only comes with a pinprick card, but both have excellent effects.
The Storm Dragon Ruler is a Dragon reinforcement. In this deck where GY is fertile, whether you discard it from your hand, go from his deck to GY, or get banished, you can use it from anywhere, so it will be an option to advance the game.
