About the operation method.
The point is to quickly summon C Cyclops with "Tenki" or "Giant Rat".
It's a runaway summon, but you don't have to force it.
A note about the rampage summoning of S Cyclops.
Be sure to do this when you have at least one card in your hand. If you have 0 cards in your hand, you cannot perform a runaway summon.

Strength

Cyclops will soon be in your hand or GY because you have a lot of search options.
If you use Rising Energy to get 0 cards in your hand and increase his ATK of C Cyclops on the field, it will be 3900 at once.
If Tenki is activated, it will be 4000, and although it is temporary, you can have a one-on-one match with Obelisk.

Weakness

The accident rate is unusually high compared to other Runaway Summon Decks I've made.
Alone, he can only go up to ATK 2400 and can't even beat Stada.
Originally, he has a lot of monsters with high ATK, so he can't win against deck opponents.

Customize

This Deck is hard to customize.
I now understand why I had neglected it every time, no matter how many times I went to the concept stage, it never reached completion.

A card that sends 1 card from your hand to GY and makes the ATK of 1 monster on the field 2000.
There is some synergy with 《Cybernetic Cyclopean》, and if you can raise his ATK with the effect of C Cyclops after reaching ATK 2000, it will be ATK 3000.
◆ Fiend
It works a little better with Fiend, which has a category that makes sense for discarding cards and a category that makes sense for having no cards in hand.
However, if you put too much emphasis on Fiend, C Cyclops will become an unwanted child, so please be careful.
◆ Snipe Stalker
A pseudo-gambling card that allows you to destroy your opponent's cards while reducing your hand.
