Please let me know if there is a better card to put in!
Anything that takes advantage of Hakuryu's presence and further strengthens his current deck is especially welcome.
This is pure Blue-Eyed and I definitely want to win! I tried to build this Deck

Strength

It's a standard
Add veiler with alternate white dragon and sage, special summon of spirit dragon
In addition, if you have 《Monster Reborn》, 《Soul Charge》, or 《One for One》, go from Moonflower Dragon Michael to Crystal Wing
With his draw cards, he dropped Blue-Eyed and Shiraishi, added Champion's Vigilance, and in the end phase, made Hakuryu his Special Summon to prepare for his opponent's turn.
I have three of them, Spirit Dragon, Veiler, and Observation, with plenty of time to spare, so if the first attack hits, I think it will be quite a force to control.
If you have 《Silver's Cry》, banish the face-down card with Dragon Spirit during your opponent's turn.

Weakness

I don't need Deep Eyes
Since he has a low accident rate to begin with, he's a deck, so I put in a romance card because it doesn't get in the way so much.

Customize

It might be better to remove 《Champion's Vigilance》
However, we can almost certainly bring out a +α Hakuryu, so we put it in as a counter that makes use of Hakuryu's existence.
