Playing

I mainly included cards that I personally have an attachment to, including those used by the main character, Yusaku.
《《Glow-Up Bulb》》and 《Dotscaper》are easy to use, so use a lot of search methods, remove them with 《Gold Sarcophagus》, connect 《One Chan!》to 《Motivating Captain》, and 《Mathematician》to SS. Good too. 《《Cyberse Gadget》》and other tokens make it easy to hit one-chan, and you don't have to use the search effect of 《Cynet Backdoor》on Dotscaper. It hurts when the summoning is interrupted, but if you use that as a decoy and succeed in link summoning, you're in trouble! Should be.
《Dandylion》will generate tokens no matter where he sends it to GY, so it doesn't matter if it comes in the first hand. It is better to drop it from the deck with 《Mathematician》. Being able to dance many times in one turn is also a high point. Also cute.
"Cynet Backdoor" is also a trump card, and I'd like to use it as early as possible to make the most of my search. For now, use it on a Link Monster to search for his Cyberse and return it to the Main Monster Zone for further Link Summons!
《Balancer Lord》has a strong ① effect, but since there are few draw sources, I want it to play an active role in the first move of the second attack. ② The effect is also attractive. Good card that can use Cynet Backdoor search effect unlike Dotscaper. But it's funny because it looks like I'm wearing shorts.
"Firewall Dragon" is strong after all. Another dragon... I thought, but he's Cyberse! It can be Link Summoned even from tokens, and it goes well with Cynet Backdoor. You can attack directly on the next turn, and you can search for his Cyberse from the deck, so there is a high chance that you can link Tri-Gate Wizard together. Hopefully over 5000 damage. By linking 《Cyberse Accelerator》, you can strengthen your firepower and play an active role as an ace monster.
(Updated 8/4/2017) In commemoration of the release of the cute buddy 《Linkuriboh》, I made some minor adjustments so that I can move around this child. The change is to add 《Treeborn Frog》and 《Topologic Bomber Dragon》, and change the libido to 《Back to the Front》. See the synergy around here on the wiki. (Because the amount to write increases) Thanks to "Linkuriboh", the biggest strength is that you can use Link 4, especially her Borreload, without using Link Spider. Until now, placing FWD under the Link Spider was one of the ways to win, so I couldn't get the Spider out. But link 1 and Linkuriboh, which is level 1 favored, solved that problem. Like FWD, Borreload can be summoned from a single Scapegoat, so it should be said that it has become more flexible.
(Updated 8/14/2017) As I was spinning around, I thought that DaidiLion was rotting, so I decided to revive him with 《Motivating Captain》. If you drop a dandy from your hand and revive it with the captain in the same turn, you can get 6 materials, and it has a wider range than Kinka Cat. Also, apart from Link Monster, he doesn't have many Cyberse side by side, so I painstakingly skipped Encoding and Recoding. Recoated Alive is strong, but his other deck types work better.

Strength

《Recoded Alive》(which was used in past recipes) can be used in any situation, but ideally, after placing the Link 2 monster in the center of the main, excluding 《Decode Talker》in the extra monster zone, EXM You can SS "Encode Talker" under the zone, and in the same turn return the "Decode Talker" that was previously banished to the EXM zone with the effect of (2). During the battle phase, the maximum damage is 9800 (Decode 2800 x 2 + Encode 2300 + 《Honeybot》1900).
It's easy to line up 3-4 materials from One Chan!? To make it easier to understand, 《Mathematician》drops 《Dandylion》to get a fluff token. 《Linkslayer》Revived by dropping a dot or bulb with the effect of ②. Dot resurrection with 《Link Disciple》LS, 《Motivating Captain》NS after Dot SS with Golden Chest, etc.
We have enough space in the EX Deck at the moment, so we also adopted the new Link Monster "Borreload Dragon". This Deck's peculiar way of putting out is One Chan !? Link Summon with body → Resurrect Dot with own effect → 3 Effect Monsters including Link 2 appear on the field.

Weakness

One, although it's mainly a pre-constructed Deck, it's black and white, inferior to 《Draconnet》in strength and style.

Customize

One Chan!? has synergy with 《Scapegoat》and other tokens, so you can use the same type in his other link-based decks. Firewall ・Dragon is a big presence, so Cyberse is the main focus, but in the future, if a link 4 ace monster that is not bound by materials appears, the range will widen!
If you don't have "Cyberse Gadget", you can remove "Dandylion" and use "Draconnet" with Normal Monster or Summon Priest.
　Wanchan!?'s 2,000 damage is still a bottleneck, but I don't want to change the concept, so as a recovery measure, I'll add 《One Day of Peace》and explosive 《Hope for Escape》... I wish Cyberse Beacon included an earned run.
