I came up with the idea of creating a Deck where 《Testudo erat Numen》shines. 《Testudo erat Numen》is an effect that prevents him from Special Summoning monsters with ATK of 1800 or higher, but all Paleozoic Trap monsters have ATK of 1200, so this has no effect. Thanks to 《Wetlands》, his Paleozoic Trap monster here has ATK 2400, so it's a very good matchup.
Basically, "Testudo erat Numen" is summoned with "Monster Gate". Basically, use trap cards more and more, and use draw sources such as 《Paleozoic Pikaia》and 《Accumulated Fortune》to replenish the trap cards you will use next time. At the same time, GY deploys his Paleozoic Trap monster and Xyz Summons it at any time. The Paleozoic Xyz Monster Paleozoic Opabinia allows him to activate Paleozoic Trap monsters from his hand, so I want to prioritize summoning. ATK is also 0, so it's also strong that it doesn't get caught in the summoning limit of "Testudo erat Numen".

Strength

Once you have the actors, you have a complete control deck. Once you have 《Paleozoic Opabinia》and 《Testudo erat Numen》all you have to do is chain the trap cards.
In order to make even more effective use of his worst deck destruction device, 《Monster Gate》, he puts in cards that activate in GY and cards that make sense in his GY.
He shoots out trap cards more and more, but at the same time he can replenish his hand, so it's his deck that doesn't have a hand accident.

Weakness

The deck is not 40 cards. It's hard to get the semi-limit 《Monster Gate》into your hand. It also happens that 20 cards in the deck are blown away because there are only 3 monsters to activate. No matter how much Good Goblin Housekeeping you say, it doesn't make sense if all three of them fall to GY...
After that, cards that seal Trap cards (such as Trasta Psycho Shocker) are natural enemies. Recently, the probability of encountering 《Master Peace, the True Dracoslaying King》is high.

Customize

I think it's good to include 《Conqueror's Shout》and other attack blocking cards. 《Drowning Mirror Force》also seems to play a role in endurance in the early stages.
It's a one-time only, but I think we can use something like Reasoning.
