"Pure Blue-Eyed / Accident rate (almost) zero" Deck 2017

That's why I tried to build a Deck that balances stability + attack + suppression

Strength

The most ideal card to prepare is
1) 《Blue-Eyes Spirit Dragon》
2) 《Blue-Eyes White Dragon》
3) 《Effect Veiler》
4)《Champion's Vigilance》and/or《Silver's Cry》
and it's not that difficult to get all of them
By arranging the above cards first, you can negate monster effects, Special Summon, etc., Spell & Trap, GY effects, and Special Summon Synchro Monsters according to the situation.
The only card that is difficult to match is 《Champion's Vigilance》, which does not have a search, but the other three can be drawn with a high probability, so please consider this Counter Trap as a bonus.
The way to turn it is the same as the normal Blue-Eyed Deck, but I will explain just in case.

ー《Dragon Shrine》ー
Dropping to GY with this card is usually 《Dragon Spirit of White》and 《The White Stone of Ancients》
The dropped 《Dragon Spirit of White》should be activated during the end phase of the opponent's turn with the 《Silver's Cry》to exclude Spells and Traps that were set.
Special Summon 《Blue-Eyes White Dragon》in ancient times to secure the conditions for activating 《Champion's Vigilance》
ー《The Melody of Awakening Dragon》ー
Cards to discard are 《The White Stone of Legend》＞《The White Stone of Ancients》or 《Dragon Spirit of White》
Searching for 《Blue-Eyes Alternative White Dragon》
Synchro Summoning 《Blue-Eyes Spirit Dragon》with 《Blue-Eyes Alternative White Dragon》and 《Sage with Eyes of Blue》
While summoning "Sage with Eyes of Blue", get "Effect Veiler" in your hand
If you have 《Trade-In》here, discard the 《Blue-Eyes White Dragon》you don’t need anymore and draw a set card or 《Effect Veiler》that you couldn’t search.

I think you should put it in if you want to have cards to control by attacking first.
However, depending on whether or not you use this one in a duel, he will consume a lot of deck, so please do not bring him into a long-term battle.
Priority for card use
《Dragon Shrine》, 《Sage with Eyes of Blue》＞《The Melody of Awakening Dragon》＞《Cards of Consonance》, 《Trade-In》

It will be less efficient, but with 《Sage with Eyes of Blue》, search for 《The White Stone of Legend》→ 《Cards of Consonance》→ 2 draws + discard the searched 《Blue-Eyes White Dragon》with 《The Melody of Awakening Dragon》and use 《Blue-Eyes Alternative White Dragon》for Special Summon → with the remaining Blue-Eyed, 《Trade-In》→ 2 draws
You can also do draw combos like this, so depending on the situation, if you think about what to discard and in what order, you may end up with something that looks like a bad start at the end of the turn in a decent state.
In the end, I can end it almost every time with 《Blue-Eyes Spirit Dragon》+ 《Effect Veiler》
The probability of getting 《Blue-Eyes Spirit Dragon》+ 《Effect Veiler》+ α is not low, so I think it's quite possible to get 3 blocking cards.

Weakness

・All Blue-Eyed decks rely too much on spell cards
・ If the Special Summon is also sealed, that's it.
・It may be a little tough if the recently popular 《Ash Blossom & Joyous Spring》comes out, but Urara-san won't be able to completely finish it in one go because it's a deck with a lot of draw and search elements. just enough
