I saw a recipe using Gourai Monarch on this site, so I thought about it too. Monarch's construction assets are expensive, I'm surprised. Gone are the days when 3,000 yen was the only price. Still, it's fun to expand the range of construction.
Now for the operation method, let's summon Gourai Monarch. If it is an idea start, it can be issued with a maximum of 3 advance summons.

Gourai Monarch has the effect of sending extras to her GY, so by shooting Herald of the Arc Light's triggered effect 3 times, you can collect all the ritual materials.
As a result, 《Herald of Perfection》can be Ritual Summoned, so let’s focus on it and control it. Artifact is used for hand cost as well as defense card. It's an accident factor, but I feel like I'm killing two birds with one stone by combining AF Monarch and Ritual Monarch at the same time. After that, let's fight with Monarch's usual strong moves.

Strength

You can crush your opponent's extras. For example, even with [EMEm] and [Zoodiac] that existed in the past, 8 cards disappear from the extras at the end of the game. In this Deck, he has almost no pattern that does not release LIGHT, so you can almost choose it yourself. This is a considerable advantage, allowing you to avoid your opponent's Elder Entity N'tss and Predaplant Chimerafflesia while crushing Cyber Dragon Nova. On top of that is the Herald, and most decks will not have the will to fight anymore. For example, there is no reason to lose to Jund or Yang Zing without extras (Yang Zing ...? This guy has too many collection methods, so I'm really worried).

Weakness

He doesn't need extras, so he struggles against decks.
[Nekroz] has good compatibility with each other because it becomes a shoulder watermark, but [TRUE] and [Kozmo] are weak against mirrors. In the first place, Monarch is a natural enemy because Gourai Monarch's target can be released and escaped anywhere.

Customize

For the time being, Chimera Frecia and his Naturia are included as extras, but it would be interesting to add 《Miracle Synchro Fusion》.
