I made it with the concept of "modern dimension Monarch". While it used to have the problem of high accident rate, it is a theme that has emerged against the background of absolute pressure on opponents. I thought it would be interesting to do this with his current Monarch, so I put together this Deck.
As for the operation method, let's first enable indiscriminate exclusion. If he can't do this, he'll just become a Monarch because he just doesn't have enough resources. And if possible, let's activate 《Dimensional Fissure》. I'd like him to go to GY if possible, as our resources will be consumed at the speed of light when the Monarch King Spell is removed. It is better to refrain from developing while macroing and focus on responding to the opponent's turn. If your opponent seems to be in trouble, you can attack with a big wave.
After that, use Retsusen, Aiteru, Kreis, and Erebos to tear up the enemy's resources and fight your way through.

Strength

Let's decide the temptation reconnaissance aircraft in the first move. If you can do that, you will be victorious as a fan decker. From there, the dimension rips and his King of Monarch descends to gain a steady advantage.
As a strength, compared to his normal Monarch, his ability to interfere with opponents is an order of magnitude higher. After all, the exclusion gimmick gives a fatal blow to the stabbing opponent, so it strongly supports Monarch's control. On the other hand, it consumes his precious King of Monarch resources at the speed of light, so it is important to win through damage quickly. If the macro is cracked, let's put out an idea just now.

Weakness

The accident rate is extremely high. There are too many accident patterns such as not being able to secure release resources, not having dimensional gimmicks, not having Monarch. It's a dimension Monarch, so there's no way around it.
Dimensional Monarch is a Deck that is "very strong against opponents, but has the potential to self-destruct due to accidents, etc." That's why it's almost impossible to win against an opponent where indiscriminate exclusion doesn't work.
Also, since the method of activating the survivors has not been established yet, it will be a little strict unless something can be done about it (Is it better to use only a reconnaissance plane ...?).
