First of all, 《Lost World》is too strong. While protecting Normal Monsters (tokens), you can destroy 《Petiteranodon》in the Deck and deploy monsters. As for the effect that destroys the monsters in the Deck, first destroy 《Petiteranodon》, and if you have time, send 《Stegocyber》and 《Miscellaneousaurus》to GY. It's not compatible with 《Ultimate Conductor Tyranno》, but it's a powerful card.
Notable points are how it produces Lost World tokens and how it says "Normal Monster on the field". In other words, for Lost World, Normal Summon a monster, place a token on the opponent's field, attack that token, negate destruction for Lost World, destroy 《Petiteranodon》in the Deck to get ☆4 dinosaurs, and Normal Summon the monster. Xyz, Lagia Special Summon, and other moves are possible. If you can get 《Souleating Oviraptor》in the first Normal Summon, you can create an environment where you can search for 《Ultimate Conductor Tyranno》and Special Summon.
