Strength

The basic movement is the same as [Odd-Eyes Magician].
With a search card such as "Duelist Alliance", line up "Wisdom-Eye Magician" and "Purple Poison Magician" of scale 1 or "Double Iris Magician" of scale 8, and repeat the search for "Magician" with "Star Pendulumgraph" while destroying "Wisdom-Eye Magician" with its P effect. will fill the field with P monsters. Zarc and his Rebellion or Raging will be aimed at summoning when the opponent's field is full of monsters or when you want to aim for a one-shot reversal. By the way, due to the nature of monsters, I feel that Zarc is relatively easier to use than Rebellion and Raging.
How to get Supreme King Dragon Zarc
① P-summon Magician including "Harmonizing Magician" so that one monster zone is empty

Weakness

And as can be said for all P summoning Decks, counter traps such as "Solemn Judgment", "Solemn Warning", and "Solemn Strike" that negate P summoning, exclusion cards such as "Bottomless Trap Hole", and activation of "Vanity's Emptiness" and spell cards I'd like to deal with the "Imperial Order" that interferes in advance (the former goes to GY even with P monsters, so it's easier to summon Zarc, and continuous traps such as "Vanity's Emptiness" can be dealt with with purple poison's P effect, etc. can)
