Since you can't really expect to draw 3 out of 42 cards, Brilliant Fusion is important here.
If Mormo is stripped, there will be a problem with summoning with Dog, but both are important cards as a starting point, so Brilliant is a solution.
In his Fluffal before Zoodiac appeared, Brilliant was a card to supplement the summoning right of Dog Owl while dropping Wings, but in his Deck, the deployment pattern of Dog Mormo has been added to increase stability and power. I'm here.
With the conventional brilliant type Fluffal, I especially want to pull when starting from the bear wing! Also, in the deployment from Brilliant + Mormo (or Kaikai), if you hold Dog, you can catch the gannet dropped by Brilliant with the first Emeral and make Dog and the second Emeral. This move is very strong.
By lining up Drancia Emerals x2, you increase the chances of leaving Emerals in return, and you can earn more ads from there. You can't do this with just one Kaikyoku, so it doesn't matter if you don't have any Kaikyoku in your starting hand.

It's a card that replaces Swamp, but it's also fetchable from Bullhorn, making fusion easier than before, so 1 is enough. If you have Black Sheep and Mormo in your opening hand, you can use Emeral to return them to his Deck after a Fusion Search, then use Bullhorn to search for another Fusion.
It's a detailed play, but if you don't have a fusion in your first hand and search for Black Sheep from Bullhorn, be careful about the order in which you stack Zoodiac Xyz. Wild Bow -> Bullhorn -> Tigris, you can drop Bullhorn into GY by the time you make Emeral, so you can return Mormo, Black Sheep, and Bullhorn to the Deck with Emeral, and after the next turn, you can create Bullhorn again from Kaikyoku Mormo and perform a fusion search. Weakness

The biggest one is Brilliant Zoodiac, and the frame is tight, so it's hard to stack meta.
I didn't set it up after looking at the tournament, so it's not a deck that can think of Saichen.
In the past, if he was Fluffal, he could have taken out Brilliant all at once, but with this Deck, even if he takes out either Brilliant or his Zoodiac, the stability will drop considerably, so I'd like to think about that...

It's Gameciel's frame, but if you look at the environment, a total solar eclipse would be fine.
I use Gameciel because it's easier to handle and because it breaks with Drancia.
Emeral x 2 can be a different general-purpose rank 4 if you consider the ability to respond.
