This guy's RBI isn't that high, but the effect is powerful!

Dandy Byplayers are difficult to obtain, but by putting them in, you can collect extras and funky comedians that have gone to extras, and you can reuse them, so it's pretty convenient to put them in!

Be careful when fighting a deck that deploys a large amount of monsters with high ATK, as it will be quite difficult if you don't decide early (´Д` )
