Strength

Let's start with cheap storage.
You can buy a normal card Qliphort for 20 yen. You can get it for around 10 yen depending on the store.
You can also buy cards that are included in other Structure Decks at a lower price.
Starting with the highly versatile Cyclone, 《Dust Tornado》, the cracks are cheap.
《Magic Cylinder》, 《Sealing Ceremony of Mokuton》, cracks in the ground, and 《Dust Tornado》are calculated as 10 yen because I found them for 10 yen at a certain store.
As for Qliphort itself, many cards with high versatility are cheaper to handle, so Qliphort-specific support can be obtained cheaply.

The cards in the deck (probably other than the tool-tan) are solidified with cards that can be mined from cheap storage. The cards in the Deck are just an example.
