Playing

Clear Wing Synchro Dragon and HSR Magic Sword Dharma are easy to use, so I generally use those two.
If you can, let's Synchro Summon Crystal Wing Synchro Dragon.
If you have SR Beigomax in your initial hand, do Special Summon to add the 3rd SR Dice to your hand, then Normal Summon to Synchro Summon HSR Magic Sword Dharma.
If you have EM Dokurobat Joker, Normal Summon and search for EM Gumgogoton (if EM Gumgogoton is already in your hand, search for EM-Trump Witch) and set it to the Pendulum Zone.
《Odd-Eyes Pendulum Dragon》is set in his Pendulum Zone, and during the End Phase, he searches for EM Tramp Witch or EM Gomugorton.
For 《Foolish Burial》or 《Hand Destruction》, send 《The Phantom Knights of Ancient Cloak》or SR 3rd Dice, SR Denden Daiko to his GY.
"Predaplant Flytrap" can be used to remove opponent's leveled monsters or as a material for "Starving Venom Fusion Dragon".
If you have two DARK monsters on the field, fusion summon Starving Venom Fusion Dragon if possible.

Strength

Strong against high level monsters. With the effect of "Predaplant Flytrap", powerful monsters with levels can be removed stably.
《Starving Venom Fusion Dragon》's summoning effect can defeat most of the monsters with high RBI that are Special Summoned.
Clear Wing Synchro Dragon can be put out immediately due to the deployment power of SR.

Weakness

Since SR is his WIND, 《Starving Venom Fusion Dragon》can only be issued with other monsters.
《Dark Rebellion Xyz Dragon》is hard to come out because there are few level 4.
At the moment, 《Odd-Eyes Pendulum Dragon》has only the role of pulling EM, so I want to make it play an active role somehow.
I want to increase Predaplant and EM because sometimes I can only see SR Phantom Deck when I turn it. (I want a new Predaplant)
Since it relies on SR to deploy, if you run out of SR or it doesn't appear in your hand, you'll lose most of the time (if you're lucky, Starving Venom Fusion Dragon will do the trick).
If your opponent is an Xyz player, you may not be able to use the level effects, making it difficult to win.
There is a high probability that it will be all green...
Special Summon If you can't do it, you'll be stuck.

Customize

SR Taketonborg is not very active, so please remove it if you like.
It might be a good idea to add 《Scrap-Iron Scarecrow》to protect lower class monsters.
As it is, his GY effect of The Phantom Knights of Silent Boots won't activate, so it might be a good idea to add a Phantom Spell/Trap.
Low-level monsters have low hit points, so I think it's good to insert 《Burden of the Mighty》to protect low-hit monsters.
Fusion changed to 《Fusion Substitute》.
