Strength

The strength of this deck is that you can make effective use of the hand that tends to be left over with Ninja by P summoning, and the effect of Shingets and Nichirin greatly improves Getsuga's place.
Not only Empowered Warrior, but also 《Exchange of Night and Day》, EM and 《King of the Feral Imps》will allow you to prepare for P with Trap and rank 4, so it's not uncommon for you to be unable to P.
Other strengths include the following:

As long as you have 《Twilight Ninja Shingetsu》, your opponent cannot target other Ninja monsters for attacks or effects. By lining up 2 of these Shingets, the opponent cannot attack all Ninjas and cannot target them for effects.

Weakness

Since there are many permanent cards, it is often misfired, especially if you are hit by an alter ego technique, you will not only be unable to Special Summon HANZO, but you will also lose monsters uselessly. With Feather, you can at least search with clone jutsu the moment your opponent's draw phase, but Psych is impossible.
Second, slow start-up. Due to the fact that it often starts with HANZO + Bunshinjutsu, it is almost impossible to develop from the first turn.
The third is being able to stop Getsuga. The goal is to get explosive ads with Getsuga + HANZO, so it would be very painful if they stopped.
