This is the standard construction of his Blue-Eyed Deck, which is currently one of the top class decks in the environment.

Strength

By reducing the control of the first attack, it is possible to fully develop even from the second attack.
If you can get 《Soul Charge》and so on, you can conversely control the first attack, so I think his deck is suitable for tournaments.
Spirit Dragon is a card that can apply pressure to a wide area, so just being able to use this is enough to give you an advantage.
If 《Return of the Dragon Lords》is in his GY, it can negate the disadvantage of the Spirit Dragon at the end, so I think the overall synergy of the deck is good.

Weakness

In many cases, the development of the first attack is thin. So, anyway, let's win the first game by rock-paper-scissors.
Exclusion and his Special Summon meta are very sticky as Deck makes heavy use of his GY Fertilize and Revive.
It relies on monster effects from Special Summon for all its removal, making it harder to break through if it's suppressed.

Customize

Considering the environment, 《Thunder King Rai-Oh》is adopted as Special Summon meta and search meta.
It can also cover the vulnerability of the first attack, and I feel that it is quite effective.
However, it's risky to put it in from the first game, so if you put it in, I think it's fine to start from the side deck.
