A Prediction Princess with 《Summoner of Illusions》that has increased stability due to 《Pre-Preparation of Rites》and 《Spirit of the Fall Wind》that appeared in the new pack "Shining Victories".
Until now, when bringing a Flip Monster with Prediction Princess, it was limited to recruiting via Coin Norma or reviving with the effect of Tarot Ray via GY, so preparation is necessary if it is a Deck opponent that has a slow initial movement and quick action. I often lost before I was ready, but I was able to search for my favorite Flip Monster with 《Spirit of the Fall Wind》and get a tarot ray quickly with 《Pre-Preparation of Rites》, so I was able to fight to some extent.
The reason why Manju was not adopted is not included because it overlaps with the appearance of 《Pre-Preparation of Rites》and 《Spirit of the Fall Wind》. For health purposes when preparations do not come, she collects ritual parts while setting meta with Deskbot + 《Herald of the Arc Light》set.
The reason for using Signal Red is to protect Tarot Ray, which is easily destroyed in battle, and to delay the activation timing of Summoner of Illusions's reverse effect. If Summoner of Illusions and Signal Red are lucky enough to survive, she will be able to get a Fusion Monster and rank 3. Another method is to use Signal Red as the release agent for Summoner of Illusions, and if she has Jet Synchron or Glow-Up Bulb in her GY, Synchro Summon with them to get Herald of the Arc Light.
Extra rank 4 monsters can be substituted with other monsters, except for chains. This recipe uses W Hope, but it may be good to change it to something like Castel Butte and specialize in removal.

Strength

Tarot Ray + Contraindication Set is a powerful and impregnable formation, and it is a winning route for this deck of her. If you have one of Enginel 《Herald of the Arc Light》next to these two, 《Dark Hole》, you don't have to worry about mass removal such as Torrential Burial.

Weakness

Special Summon sealing, exclusion, Spell sealing, monster effect negate are tight. That's the fate of the Ritual Deck.

If you want more stability, it might be better to remove the 《Summoner of Illusions》element and put in a generic removal.
