Playing

"Blue-Eyed's Hakuryu", which has been a signboard since the early days of Yu-Gi-Oh, has finally been categorized as [Blue-Eyed (Blue-Eyed)]. It is natural that the cards used by Kaiba, Yugi's rival, will be greatly strengthened, but it is unlikely that the number of cards will increase so much. I didn't think so.
This is the main way his deck works, but it's not much different from his Blue-Eyed Deck, which is a maiden main I posted earlier. In the days of the structure deck [Blue-Eyed Ryūgo Rin], it was activated by a card that targeted the effect of "Maiden with Eyes of Blue", but even in his deck this time, the effect of "Maiden with Eyes of Blue" makes him is his Deck to SS Blue-Eyed's Hakuryu.

Strength

☆ Main deck cards
~Superlative~
○ Blue-Eyed White Dragon
Needless to say, Normal Monster The face of Yu-Gi-Oh with the highest ATK. Although it has no effect, it is possible to knock down most of the highest-level monsters head-on, and with the above-mentioned maiden effect, it will SS and play the front line.
○『Blue-Eyes Alternative White Dragon』
A monster that can SS by showing one of his Blue-Eyed cards in his hand, although Normal Summon is not possible. His ATK 3000, which has very loose summoning conditions and can remove 1 monster in exchange for the right to attack. However, if you use this card, it will be rotten if you don't have a Blue-Eyed White Dragon in your hand, so it will be difficult to put in "Trade-In" or "Dragon Shrine". Let's cover that with the effect of "The White Stone of Ancients".
○『Dragon Spirit of White』
His ATK and defense are 500 lower than Blue-Eyed's Hakuryu, but during SS he can remove 1 Spell/Trap and if there are monsters on the opponent's field, releasing this card will has the effect of being able to SS one of his Blue-Eyed white dragons. Spell/Trap Exclusion will be his Spell/Trap and P monster countermeasures that he activates with GY.
~lower class~
○《Maiden with Eyes of Blue
It's a card that needs no explanation. When targeted by an attack or by a card effect, he can SS 1 Blue-Eyed White Dragon from his Deck, hand, or GY. It's also a Tuner Monster, so after attacking with Blue-Eyed, use yourself and his Blue-Eyed to S Summon ``Azure-Eyes Silver Dragon'' or ``Blue-Eyes Spirit Dragon'' to solidify your defense.
○『Sage with Eyes of Blue』
A new star 1 tuner. At NS, the effect of searching for one of his LIGHT/star 1 tuners other than Kenji from the Deck, and by discarding from the hand, targeting one Effect Monster and sending that monster to his GY, from the Deck to " Blue-Eyed" has the effect of being able to SS one monster. If you activate the 2nd effect of this card targeting a maiden on the field, you will have two Blue-Eyeds lined up. Also, with the effect of 1, it is not "Blue-Eyed", but you can also search for "Effect Veiler", which is highly versatile.
○『Master with Eyes of Blue』
New star 1・LIGHT tuner. You can collect GY's LIGHT, Level 1, Tuner Monster at NS. Return yourself to her deck with the reuse of GY's maiden or sage or the effect of her GY activation, and send 1 of her Effect Monsters on the field to her GY to remove 1 of GY's "Blue-Eyed". It plays an active role after the middle stage of GY's discerning duel, such as SS.
○《The White Stone of Ancients
It has the effect of being able to SS 1 Blue-Eyed monster from the Deck during the end phase of the turn sent to GY, and the effect of excluding his GY self to salvage 1 Blue-Eyed monster. It's a little slow because it's the end phase, but it can be activated even if it's a Synchro material, and it's also possible to recover the Abyssal Dragon that was destroyed or made into an S material. Also, with the effect of "Dragon's Mausoleum", he can artificially search for Blue-Eyed Hakuryu by sending it to her GY along with Blue-Eyed Hakuryu.
~Spell・Trap Card~
○《Mausoleum of White
New Field Spell. Although it was only once, LIGHT ・The effect of increasing the summoning right of the level 1 tuner and 1 face-up monster in your field are targeted, and 1 Normal Monster is sent from the hand / Deck to GY. You can search for 1 "Burst Stream of Destruction" by excluding the monster's ATK taken by the monster sent to GY by 100, and by excluding GY's self.
The main effect is still the 2 effect, and with this effect he can SS one of Blue-Eyed's white dragons just by targeting a maiden.
☆Extra Deck Cards
~Fusion Monster~
○『Blue-Eyes Twin Burst Dragon』
A monster that can SS by sending 2 Blue-Eyed White Dragons to her GY with a "Fusion" card or 2 on the field. It has the effect of not being destroyed by battle, attacking monsters up to 2 times in a single Battle Phase, and if an opponent's monster is not destroyed by battle with this card, it has the effect of removing the opponent's monster from the game. I'm here.
There are many rank 8 rivals, but the summoning conditions are loose, and it is a pretty decisive blow against monsters that cannot be dealt with by battle or effect destruction.
○《Azure-Eyes Silver Dragon
He is an S monster with the premise of using Blue-Eyed's white dragon as a material because he is bound to have a tuner + 1 or more normal monsters. It is common to S summon her Blue-Eyed White Dragon, which was SSed by the Maiden's effect, and since it has a defense power of 3000 and can revive one normal monster of her GY, it is the cornerstone of defense.
○《Blue-Eyes Spirit Dragon
Like Ginryu, it's a 9-star S monster, but it's easier to get out than Ginryu because the monsters other than Tuner are "Blue-Eyed" monsters. It has excellent defense with a defense power of 3000, and also has excellent effects of blocking P summoning, blocking GY activation, and hindering the opponent's development. Also, by releasing itself with the third effect, you can SS one of her LIGHT/Dragon S monsters from the Extra Deck.
Monsters that SS with this effect will be destroyed at the end of the turn, but if you SS Silver Dragon, it will not be destroyed by its own effect, so it is a perfect monster to SS with this effect.
The "Michael, the Arch-Lightsworn" we're using this time will self-destruct, but it's not bad if you think of it as a disposable removal card. Other than that, "Stardust", which can prevent self-destruction, and "Black Rose Moonlight Dragon", which has a strong bounce effect, are candidates.
☆ Main tactics
①: Target 《Maiden with Eyes of Blue》with the effect of 《Mausoleum of White》, and SS the Blue-Eyed White Dragon from the Deck.
②: Target the maiden in the field with the effect of the sage in your hand, and SS 2 Blue-Eyed
③ Show her Blue-Eyed White Dragon in her hand and SS the Sub White Dragon
New cards have been added to make it easier to use, but the basic movement remains the same for Otome and her Blue-Eyed.

Weakness

When I actually simulated it, I thought that the SS seal by "Vanity's Emptiness" was severe.
Also, it was very painful to negate the maiden's effect with "Skill Drain" and attack the standing maiden with "SNo.39 Utopia The Lightning".
Also, since there weren't many monsters, there were many times when my hand was all green.

Customize

It's not yet registered on this site, but "Return of the Dragon Lords", which will be included in the new Strak that will be released in February, is extremely powerful, so I definitely want to include it. I think it would be good to add "The Melody of Awakening Dragon" to make Abyakuryu easier to use, or "Silver's Cry" to increase aggression.
*16.1/16 update
Replaced "The White Stone of Legend", "Priestess with Eyes of Blue", "The Melody of Awakening Dragon", "Cyclone", "Foolish Burial", "Fusion", and "Terraforming" with "Master with Eyes of Blue", "Twin Twisters", "Silver's Cry", and "Dragon Mausoleum".
I added "Effect Veiler" that I forgot to put in.
