The main move is to change the level of Basis caught by Kinka Neko, and he uses GY's drums and piano to change races and attributes to create various Synchro Monsters.
I can't say it's easy, but you can also aim for quasars, so please try your best.
However, this Deck is just a joke, so don't get your hopes up.
You can change the race to Beast with Drums and synchronize with 《Thunder Unicorn》and 《Voltic Bicorn》. If you turn it into a devil, you can also become 《Stygian Sergeants》.
It is also possible to change the attribute to water with the piano, become Doloren, and reuse Rivide and Limiliva.

Strength

You can bring it to various synchros with just Kinka Neko and Basis, and you can use Livide and Limiliva if you can get Duroren.
If you have Basis when you play Tuning Supporter with Kinka Neko, you can make a formula and draw 2.

Weakness

It has a slow start and is vulnerable to the Special Summon meta.
There are many Special Summons from GY, so the dimension is also weak.
When skiddled, Kinka-neko becomes a normal cat. Meow
