Just added 《Raiza the Mega Monarch》and 《Phoenix Wing Wind Blast》to the common frog Monarch

You can draw lock by using 6 risers and 3 《Phoenix Wing Wind Blast》
For the cost of 《Phoenix Wing Wind Blast》, let's use the frogs in our hand.
《Thunder King Rai-Oh》is convenient because it destroys search cards that are not compatible with Drawlock.
Deal with dangerous cards in advance with 《Spiritual Water Art - Aoi》and 《Mind Crush》
Operation method
1. Send 《Treeborn Frog》to GY. Drop it with 《Swap Frog》or 《Foolish Burial》. If it's in your hand, you can reduce the disadvantage by summoning it to the field and then using "Spiritual Water Art - Aoi" or using "Phoenix Wing Wind Blast" from your hand to drop it.
2. Use the reanimated Treeborn Frog to bring out his Monarch in hand, or Thunder King Rai-Oh without it. At this time, if you put out 《Raiza the Mega Monarch》that requires two Tributes, do your best with the Special Summon effect of 《Mithra the Thunder Vassal》, 《Landrobe the Rock Vassal》, and 《Ronintoadin》, and take over the release of 《The Monarchs Stormforth》.
3. It's best if you can drawlock every turn as much as possible. Even if you can't, it's better if you limit the range of your opponent's strategies with handicap. Then use Monarch or 《Thunder King Rai-Oh》to hit the place where the opponent is restrained.

When you summon Raiza the Mega Monarch, if you don't have any more high-level monsters in your hand, you can summon that high-level monster on your next turn by returning his GY high-level monster to the top of his Deck.

Monarch can get an ad just by successfully summoning it, so if the frog resurrection is stable, it will work at any time
Any of his decks will aim for a combo unless it's a meta beat, so if you can prevent him from drawing the base card, your opponent won't be able to move much, and hopefully you can win as it is.

Weakness

1. It is unlikely that your hand will increase. Compared to the recent Gachi Deck that allows you to collect cards while deploying, there is a shortage of cards in your hand.
2. Since it is mainly used for summoning, if a trap card interferes with summoning a monster or activating an effect, nothing can be done that turn.
3. 《Treeborn Frog》is the centerpiece of his deck, so exclusion is tight. The GY use seal is also tight
4. If you activate the effect of Riser targeting an Xyz Monster, that monster will return to the Extra Deck and cannot be drawlocked. Since it is not sent to GY, resuscitation can be prevented, but it may be subtle because it will be Xyzed again.
5. If there are many base cards in the opponent's deck, even if you draw lock, it will be countered and you will often lose as it is.
