This Deck is his Aroma Deck loaded with 《Dimensional Fissure》and 《Macro Cosmos》.
Now, it is a construction that sticks to his popular Pendulum Monster.

While 《Macro Cosmos》or 《Dimensional Fissure》is activated, Special Summon obstruction by 《Lose 1 Turn》, recovery of LP by 《Humid Winds》and 《Dried Winds》& strengthening with 《Aroma Garden》while making full use of gimmicks to destroy the opponent's monsters. We will attack with the Aroma pages.
Opponent's attacks are avoided by Rose Marie's defense position using the effect of changing the monster's battle position when her LP is recovered.
Also, with the effect of Kananga, the effect of reducing the opponent's monster's ATK and DEF by 500 will be used to destroy the opponent with a high RBI.
Jasmine will take care of replenishing your hand.
It also has a high DEF of 1900, and if you use the effect of Aroma Garden, its DEF will drop to 2400, making it harder to break through.
If you combine it with Rose Marie or Kananga, it will almost never be destroyed in battle.
There are about 2 Star Lightsworn, but maybe 3 each would be fine.
Anyway, I'm afraid of feather brooms. Majespecter includes torrent burial and so on, so Star Lightsworn is quite active. If he can also get Stardust Dragon out, he can make up for the lack of RBI in Aromage.

Weakness

Since there are few monsters, card accidents sometimes occur.

Also, it's unsuitable for Xyz Summoning as it has different levels of 2, 3, and 4.
If you're aiming for it, you can also insert 《Effect Veiler》and aim for a Synchro Summon.

Star Lightsworn for feather brooms.
Since there aren't many monsters, it would be nice to use 《Thunder King Rai-Oh》.
Also, 《Cactus Bouncer》can be adopted because it is based on Normal Summon.
《Cactus Bouncer》will not be able to Special Summon each other as long as the Plant is present.
Is it easy to understand the Plant monster version of 《Vanity's Emptiness》(no self-destruction effect)?
However, 《Cactus Bouncer》doesn't play well with Lone Fire, so think carefully about how many copies of him to put in your deck.
The side deck is countermeasure against P, such as "Anti-Spell Fragrance" and "The Selection" for P summoning.

Since 《Macro Cosmos》and 《Dimensional Fissure》are included in the main, you can meta the opponent without switching sides.
Also, I didn't include 《Tri-and-Guess》for price reasons.
