I wrote the same thing before, but I personally think that the strongest move in [Symphonic Warrior] is Tempest to remove the sound tuner → Sizas to return → Tempest and Synchro. But with that move, Tempest's level was too high, so it was difficult to reach the Quasar even in a situation where continuous sync was possible. Instead, he came up with Majestic while thinking about another destination.
What is required for Majestic summoning is Stardust + ☆1 non-tuner + Majestic dragon, but Majestic dragon is perishable because it is his Majestic summoning card, so you don't want to accumulate too much, right?
However, if you can arrange the above Stardust + ☆ 1 non-tuner form without using the summoning right, you can pinpoint search for his Majestic dragon with a pin. Exactly with the Sound + Tempest gimmick, he can reach Stardust without using summoning rights, so even if he is a non-tuner, he can reach Majestic in a natural way if he can use Special Summon.

If you are with a suitable WIND, you can use it as a cost to search for ops to create a sound + tempest. This search effect plays a very big role in this deck and can also search for Majestic Dragon if you have Xiao Long, Eclipse and GY for the cost depending on the situation.
It's not like you can't move without it, but there's a considerable difference in terms of resources between being in GY and not being there, so most of the initial moves are to set chains to secure this.

It's a pin insert, but it's a card that plays an important role, and it's the top candidate to search from one chance.
First of all, when he puts Stardust with the sound + tempest move, if there is a one-chan, he can search for it and aim for the shooting star. Also, even without Tempest, sound gimmicks can supply non-tuners without using summoning rights, so you can aim for synchronization every turn by using this. By changing the Basis level, you can synchronize with just this one card, and the point is to use it well.

When I adopted One Chan, I really wanted it
Set one of these first, activate it on your opponent's turn, and search for Basis with one chance. Since you have 4 cards in your hand, your Basis is level 5 and you can issue Trishula.
Even if that's not the case, deploying multiple ☆ 1s without using summoning rights also matches the concept of his Majestic and Shooting Star deployments. It's not a fusion material like Onkyo Red Eyes, but it's attractive that this deck is weak in defense and can deter one-kills, so it works well enough.
●《Stardust Xiaolong》
Cards I've never seen anyone else use
☆ 1 As a non-tuner, his deck is more compatible than Treeborn Frog, and it is easier to drop to his GY than Level Stealer from the presence of Mausoleum. Well, there is only that much advantage, but it is also true that it has a clear advantage

Strength

What I think about using it is that it's easy to overcome obstacles because Special Summon can be fired in rapid succession.
There are many decks (especially fan decks) that stop moving just by stepping on a Trap, but there are often cases where he puts Stardust first or flickers Black/Rose to let him pass.
For example, if he puts Stardust from Tempest + Basis for the time being, then even if he uses Kinka Neko to make a formula, it will be the opponent's turn, but he can Accel Synchronize after the destruction effect.
○ Flow of shooting star summoning
Majestic wanted to put out his Deck, but as you can imagine, Shooting Star is much easier to put out.
For example, if you have 4 cards in your hand and you have 4 cards in your hand, you can synchronize with the token and he will become Stardust.
In this way, there is no need to prepare a Tempest or even a ☆ 1 non-tuner, so the ease of putting it out is a huge difference.
Therefore, even if you have many tuners and can only use shooting stars, you will want to perform cool continuous attacks, but this time, we have narrowed down to using only those with high versatility. Well, 《Ghost Ogre & Snow Rabbit》is a good card!
Still, the default is 12 tuners, so you can actively activate the effect of Shooting Star Dragon.

Weakness

●High reliance on Tempest
Since I'm bluntly aiming for sound + Tempest's movement, I don't exclude Basis too much with my own effect, but if I do that, when Tempest is crushed in some way, the movement of the sound itself will also slow down. Well, at times like that, Sizas is also crushed together, so I don't really care about it...
-Slow sound gimmick
Sound (especially in my construction) starts from Sizas and Ops, so if you just start with a set start or search, the field will temporarily become very weak. It's pretty painful if you get hit by that and get one kill or put in Infinity with high control power. I'm using mirror force to cover it up, but it doesn't feel right.
Also, 《Compulsory Evacuation Device》is a pretty nasty jamming card, and Stardust can be removed at any time.
I was sad when I got eaten when I was lined up with Majestic + Shaoron + Stada...

Customize

To be honest, I'm shocked by the Tempest ban and there's no customization, but I don't know what to do anymore
However, since it might be helpful for people who are interested in acoustics or who are interested in Majestic, I decided to publish it, thinking "rather than burying it in the dark". I don't know what will be the hint for construction.

It is a card with a strong intention to counter [Evilswarm].
Compared to other rank 4, it has a big advantage in that it is difficult to get an opinion in return.
In addition, since the sound is out of hand, it is easy to stack tuners, and besides Orion, his Fabled tuner such as Kerberal Kathy is also a candidate for adoption. I think it's not bad to try to increase the number of attacks of Shooting Star Dragon by introducing these.
