This Deck is designed for second offense, and you can use 《The Monarchs Stormforth》to use your opponent's monsters and secure monsters to be released with vassals, etc., while using Testaros and Riser to return the hand handicap and the opponent's cards to the top of the Deck. I made it a deck that slows down the opponent's movement by using it. In particular, 《Thestalos the Mega Monarch》has the advantage of being able to peep the opponent's hand.
Various support cards have been added to Monarch, so 《Tenacity of the Monarchs》can bring cards that match the situation.
And best of all, this Deck needs no extras. Thanks to that, I was able to make it for about 2700 yen if I made it with only the main deck! If you don't have any decks to make and you have free time, maybe you can make his own deck for Monarch.

Strength

《Mithra the Thunder Vassal》has an effect that not only makes monsters appear on the opponent's field, but also allows you to Tribute Summon again when used for Tribute Summon. By activating Return of the Monarchs in advance and Tribute Summoning Monarch with Mithra, you can search for a level 8 Monarch with Return of the Monarchs and release his Monarch on the field for further summoning. . Using Monarch like a trap with Escalation of the Monarchs is also a strong point of this deck. Also, 《Return of the Monarchs》can be used during the opponent’s turn, so it works well with 《Escalation of the Monarchs》.

Weakness

As I said at the beginning of the operation method, this Deck is for the second attack, so if you go first, you can hardly do anything. Also, the field will be empty if both the release securing card and Monarch come. Furthermore, if the opponent doesn't play a card, we can't move unless a Testaros card comes.

Customize

This time it was a draw lock handicap, but he doesn't have a template construction in Monarch, so I think it's good to play with his favorite Monarch freely. This deck is his deck that depends on the opponent, so it might be nice to include his own Special Summon 《Photon Thrasher》.
