Playing

The key is how quickly you can get 《Royal Magical Library》onto the field.
For that reason, we adopted 《Shining Angel》.
When attacking first, put it out in the back defense, and use it as a defense and a strategy to call the library on the next turn. When attacking second, if the opponent has a monster with ATK 1400 higher than him, he can launch a special attack and call the library to the field.
Call the library and, if nothing gets in the way, just repeat the draw to collect the Exodia parts.

Strength

《Shining Angel》is not only for playing 《Royal Magical Library》, but it can be widely used as a defense, compression of his deck, cost when using spells.
When Exodia parts fall on his GY, 《Dark Eruption》and 《Magical Stone Excavation》can rescue up to 4 pieces in total.

Weakness

Hand accident. Extremely vulnerable to exclusion and effect negation.
After using 《Into the Void》, prepare to lose if the draw ends.
《Pot of Duality》can't be used if you use the effect of 《Shining Angel》, so I only use one for insurance.
《Hand Destruction》also depends on the number of cards in the opponent's hand, so I limited it to just one.
It may be possible to change one of these two to 《Burial from a Different Dimension》.
