If you have a total of 3 Wolf or Ferris + 2 Level 4 monsters, you can play Laval with a monster other than Wolf or Ferris, summon Wolf or Ferris from the Deck, and summon Bujintei Kagutsushi. Since 5 cards are sent from the Deck to GY, you can aim for the effects of summoning and various GY activations.
If GY has RUM Argent Chaos Force, he will collect RUM from 2 LIGHTs with Constellar Omega → Constellar Tremys M7 and either bring it up to Atlantaal or keep it for Hope Dragoon if he can afford it.
If you already have RUM in your hand, by summoning Hope Dragoon first, you can summon Dragoon while leaving RUM in your hand, and you can summon Atlantal on another occasion.

Strength

Weakness

Customize

You can change his level 8 Synchro Monster.
However, due to the nature of the deck, there are not many opportunities to use spells and traps from the hand, so I recommend his Scrap Dragon, which can destroy the opponent's permanent field spells and permanent traps.
Level 6 Synchro can also be changed at will.
I think it would be a good idea to remove the RUM and create a slot for another level 4 Xyz.
