Start by somehow expanding Dimensional Fissure , or Macro Cosmos , Banisher of the Radiance , the banisher of the light.
With this number, I think it will come out in the first hand, but if it doesn't come, I will search persistently with 《Spirit Reaper》.
Once you're ready, deploy 《D.D. Scout Plane》and so on, bring out Monarch and beat while shaving your strength.

《Dimensional Fissure》…This is the star of this Deck. You can stop using GY (Dark World, Lightsworn, Madolche...)
It's a very strong card that your opponent can't deploy.
《Macro Cosmos》…This is also the leading card in the dimension. Since it's a trap, you can't use it in your first hand, but if you use it in the standby phase, you'll have enough time and it's a card that can surprise your opponent (?). This card can also play 《Helios - The Primordial Sun》, but I don't put it in this Deck.
《D.D. Scout Plane》…This card is also quite useful. Of course, if there is a tear, set it on the back side. It has the ability to return to the field even if it is removed by slaughter. However, it will return with Attack Position, so be careful.
《D.D. Survivor》…This card also shows its power because it has a rift. It must be on the front side, but when returning to the field, the battle position can be either, so it will be a shield. Use the scout planes and survivors to pay for the Monarch.
《Spirit Reaper》…This is also a good card for Rift. First, set it as a backside defense, and since it cannot be destroyed in battle, it becomes a powerful shield. On your turn, there are also combos such as removing the opponent's monsters with Monarch etc., changing the battle position, and excluding cards from your hand.
《Judgment of Anubis》…This card is a bit of a joke. However, since it creates a rift in the first place, I think it would be difficult to destroy it without a spell, so I included this.
You have to discard a card from your hand, but it also has an additional effect that deals damage while removing one opponent, so I put this card in. (A royal bribe is fine.)
Evil Monarch Gaius...I think this is the strongest Monarch in this deck. If you only want to exclude monsters, it's fine, but since it's "on the field", you can exclude anything. In addition, it has 2400 RBI, so it's a very reassuring card in situations where Synchro and Xyz are difficult.
~On the side~
《Kuraz the Light Monarch》…This card is also quite an ability, but it has the disadvantage of letting your opponent draw as many cards as you destroy, so it increases the chances of your opponent spawning a Cyclone. Moreover, there are other Monarchs of him, and I don't think there is much need to destroy them, so I decided to wait on the side for the time being. When you put it in, you can try putting in an additional Cross Soul.
Torrent Funeral... A powerful removal card. However, there are times when Monarch is also removed, so it is a way to increase the number of destruction types.
Cyclone...This is a card that you put in when your opponent uses 《Imperial Iron Wall》. There are quite a few search cards, so I think you can draw them.
Light banisher... This is a go-to when rifts and such aren't enough. Since ATK is very low at 100, it can be said that it is the last resort.

Strength

You can stop Rylo, Dark World, etc. that you can't let your opponent deploy.

Weakness

Gadget etc. and if dimensions do not come.
When the dimension is destroyed
Skidre... It's honestly tough because it can't be destroyed unless it's a Spell/Trap (the same goes for your opponent.)

Customize

You can also try adding a lot of Droso. (《Morphing Jar》, etc.)
Try increasing Monarch, etc.
《Different Dimension Ground》…This is a card that removes monsters sent to GY for one turn. Can be chained when a dimension is destroyed
