She has a lot of cards that can be targeted, so she can easily bring Blue-Eyed into play.
Basically, she should spawn Fergrand when she has two Blue-Eyeds side by side. (Depending on the situation, of course)

Strength

With the HERO axis, it's difficult to deal with Blue-Eyed in your hand, so by putting her Blue-Eyed in your hand with a maiden who can special summon her, you've improved the problem.
In the Otome axis, there are few cards that search for the Otome herself, so I put in Prismer and Resurrection cards to make it easier to get Blue-Eyed. In particular, I have put in a lot of resurrection cards.
Now she can make a lot of Blue-Eyed ZO!
