It's strong against his 1-shot Deck that aligns monsters with high ATK. Aiming for one shot, he stopped Gishki and Kaodora with a scarecrow and performed fan service. Of course, you can also use normal Gimme Pape movements.
Conversely, there is nothing you can do against a deck that solidifies the field with a trap. Spin it first and kill it, or let's fan service gracefully.

Weakness

High accident rate and nothing to do if disturbed. There is no problem if you eat one Veiler Bresle, but if you put up a ruler, you will die. The weak point is that it tends to rely on runaway summons.
