"RUM Axis Star Seraph ～With Chimera Rock～" Deck 2014

Playing

I made it because I wondered if I could use Chaos Chimera well. The reason why I made Star Seraph as the main character is because I wanted to make Ouroboros, which has more materials, for the monster that underlies the Chimera, and because the theme is reasonably high in terms of physical strength.
~ Chimera Lock Procedure ~
There are no special gimmicks or combos for the procedure.
① Make a ruler.
② Build Ouroboros.
③ Activate Asfo targeting Ouroboros.
④ ATK 4000 Chaos Chimera Advent.
⑤ Wipe out the opponent's monsters with continuous attacks of Chaos Chimera.
⑥ At the end of the Battle Phase, activate the effect of Chaos Chimera. Move your opponent's GY Normal Spell to the top of the opponent's deck.
⑦ Activate the ruler effect. Spell declaration.
…that's all. After that, even if your opponent draws it next turn, it will still be his spell card! Due to the ruler's effect, the drawn card cannot be used (albeit temporarily)!
… Well, you can reproduce the animation as much as possible. As expected, it doesn't have the binding power of Yatarok-class (obviously), but unlike Yatagarasu, Chaos Chimera has a fairly high hit point, and if he doesn't attack continuously, his ATK will rise each time the effect is activated. The game will be decided without restraining it for so long. In this Deck, Ouroboros can be used under the deck, so you can secure 4000 RBI just by playing it normally, and if you attack with Ruler, the total firepower will be 6300. …do you need a lock?
By the way, the reason for declaring Normal Spell with priority is to prevent the monster from being put on the top of the wall, and because it cannot be activated on this turn when the effect of the ruler has expired.

Strength

The chimera lock is pushed forward, but you can fight without relying on the chimera lock separately. In other words, Chimera Rock is more of a bonus, and you can recognize it as one of the options you can take with this Deck. It's difficult to build Ouroboros and Ruler in succession.
With 7 RUMs piled up, it looks like nothing but an accident at first glance, but this Deck has Samopuri, Books! , Hope Dragoon and RUM are used as bait, so there are quite a few people who can do horse horses, so there are few problems with processing.
It's pretty strong just by beating with CNo.s and high rank Xyz. As for the effect itself, there are many powerful groups.

Weakness
