conditions:
A monster with ATK 1900 or more in Attack Position on your opponent's field.
My field is empty, Bone and Shuttle in hand, Skull and Nebula in GY.
Let's assume that there is one "Mad Dog of Darkness (1900/1400)" on the opponent's field.
① Bone his Special Summon with his own effect. Its effect is to turn his GY's skull into his Special Summon.
② Special Summon GY's Nebula with its own effect.
③Shuttle to Normal Summon. Increase the Level of all "Chromaly" monsters on your field by 1.
④ Skull + Bone = Fork Huke
Shuttle + Nebula = Mashmak

⑥ Select 《Mad Dog of Darkness》with the effect of Mashmak.

Weakness

The light meta's Flash Mirror and his Koa'ki Meiru line are tough. In particular, his Koa'ki Meiru Drago can be searched from Tempest, so pay attention to Tempest's movement when it hits Dragon Ruler.
Also, since I use resurrection moderately to maintain the front line, I feel that it is difficult to exclude.
Permanent spells and traps are good because they have Cyclone and Moralta, but DD Crow and Cycle Leader are hard to stop.
Chain them to catch Kaiku with the Living Dead, or do other tricks to avoid being eliminated.
