The quasar is a natural goal, and I intend to increase the means of that approach.

It should probably be a combination of Junk +Lv2.
Even 5+5+2 can target a quasar.
However, summoning a lord might keep Librarian in play.
There are quite a few ways to put it out, so please consult with your hand and place.

The number of hedgehogs and the like can be adjusted accordingly.
