With the introduction of 《Hieratic Seal of Supremacy》, it is now possible to put a Holy Hour monster on the field and deploy it even if you don't have Aceto or Topheni in your hand. Accidents can be reduced by stacking three sheets.
(2) Input of other Hieratic Seals
Obliteration, 《Hieratic Seal of Reflection》makes it easier to remove opponents. Since the cost is mainly for Holy Time Release, it won't happen often that you don't have any monsters in play.
(3) Libido input
This Deck, which is on the premise of being released, will not start in the first place unless there is a holy carving on the board. So I piled up three libidos. Now he can remove the opponent's field at any time, even if GY has Sacred Time.
As mentioned above, this Deck moves in the same way as a normal Hijiri, but there is one difference.

Customize

It would be better to change the Trap Hieratic Seals one by one into Shinsen and Shinken...
You can also put 《Card Destruction》or put in a banfuda to drop a holy time monster into his GY and use libide to prepare the field.
