Otome certainly has a strong attack suppression effect, and if you target it, Blue-Eyed will come out from your hand, Deck, and GY, and it's a good card that can also be Blue-Eyed, but you have to put a card that targets it in your Deck. Due to the nature of its effects (including Blue Eyes), the development tends to be slow.
It all started when I tried to get rid of it by getting my hands on Topheni.
The basic flow is the same as the sacred time. Shu or Nephte from Topheni Special. You can also take it to the Star Dragon thanks to Labrador.
Of course, it's possible to play Atumus with Labradorite and Shu Topheni, then play Ledamme, but the engine of her Deck is 《Dragon Shrine》, 《Castle of Dragon Souls》, 《Trial and Tribulation》, and Relief Light.

Needless to say, Relief Light is a card that collects his banished LIGHT, and 《Trial and Tribulation》is a card whose effect changes depending on the number of released monsters, and has no basic disadvantages. My aim is to collect 2 cards from her GY and destroy 3 cards on the opponent's field.

Even if you rely on Nefte Shiyu's release Special Summon, it's often difficult to release more than 2 units.

Also, I think it is rare, but Ushiru is adopted. In addition to fulfilling the conditions for Special Summon with a single 《Dragon Shrine》, you can become Gaffre and Scrap Dragon if you release a Sacred Time.
ATK and substitution effects are not enough, but this card has the advantage of being searchable with 《Hieratic Seal of Convocation》. If there is a roaring gun and a gaffle, it might be a good place to revive with 《Castle of Dragon Souls》.
The extras are mostly Rank 6 Xyz, and some Rank 8 and high level Synchro. In many cases, Labradry or Gaffre + Sacred Time, or Collapse Wyver + Labradry. It can't be used if the Special Summon effect uses Collapse Wiver as a Synchro material, but since it's easy to replenish your hand, Ascension is included as a RBI member. After that, Toradora, a one-kill agent, is a star dragon for when you want to hit safely.

Strength

"Castle of Dragon Souls" also has a small increase in value, but since Starry Dragon can hit 3900 points, it's not so bad to lose in points.
It feels pretty good to be able to blow away his opponent's Spell/Trap with 《A Wingbeat of Giant Dragon》.

Weakness

Is it Special Summon sealing, summoning negate system, light meta? Veiler, which sticks in most decks, doesn't bother me so much because his deck has a lot of effects that activate with his GY. Conversely, it might be the hardest thing to block his GY activation.
Well, it's tough when Veerer gets hit by the last monster he puts out, but... in that case, the only thing you can do is push with a RBI. Star Dragon, it's your turn! !

Customize

Since the release by 《Enemy Controller》is also included, 《Trial and Tribulation》is used, but if you want to stick to the sacred time, you can use the Advanced Zone, and if you want to aim for his top-level Tribute Summon, you can also use 《Precious Cards from Beyond》. is not it.
However, the Advanced Zone is limited to Tribute Summon, and 《Precious Cards from Beyond》is only available when two or more are released, so this time it has been postponed.
Also, 《Champion's Vigilance》is good in terms of stopping the opponent's actions. Because it's a Deck where superlative normals come out profusely thanks to Sacred Time and Roaring Guns.
