《Foolish Revival》has immediate effect, but 《Foolish Revival》is too addictive.
Since it can't be used as an attack target, it can't be used as a punching bag, so in the end, it will be used for combos that lock the opponent's field, such as cards that refer to the opponent's field or Kaikoro Sensor.
The effect of (3) can be bypassed when a new summoning method comes out, as it's been said a lot, but I don't think it's possible to avoid it in the current release or honestly use it as material, so I basically thought it didn't exist. Better.

《Kaiser Colosseum》or 《Ground Collapse》is good for deterrence, and 《Mind Control》is good if you want to take control.
It's an interesting card, though.
As already mentioned, it's an Equip Spell, so it's tough because it can be the cost of Isolde, and if a new summoning method comes, it's easy to slip through.
I don't think there are many people who use him for rituals like Nekroz, but it's hard to turn him into a terrible card that only provides release personnel if he uses it.
