A Quick-Play Spell that can be activated when her Spellcaster is in play, and can make the Divination Witch in your hand her Special Summon.
It feels like you can only Special Summon her from your hand, but Divination Witch can use her own effect by Special Summoning her from her hand, so you can use that as a trigger. Fortune-telling Witch can get her Special Summon with her own draw, but if it's in her opening hand or collected by Fuu-chan effect, it also creates significance for her Special Summon.
However, the conditions and what I'm doing is that I'm out of luck booking with Dimema, who is one of her Spell users' best support, and if I don't want to save a fortune-telling witch on the field for Miracle Stone, I'll use this one. The fortune-telling witch itself is not a theme that can fight alone at present, so all the more. Considering the effect of the fortune-telling witch, it seems that the return is small for consumption and accidents.
As has already been said for spell decks, 《Magical Dimension》also exists. It's a point of differentiation that it doesn't remove board adverts, but I think it's a bad match for Spell use in general and against Fliche's removal opponent.

Fortune-telling witches have the effect of special summoning when they are drawn in common, so there is little need to rely on this card for normal draws. If you draw two Fortune-telling Witches in your first hand or 《Pot of Desires》, neither of them can be Special Summoned. Since it doesn't have enough power to be used alone, this card will inevitably become an accident card when combined with other themes. Fortune-telling witches can be recruited if they are alone, but basically it is an add loss. To be honest, I don't think there's any need for conditions to activate Special Summon from your hand.
