It is possible to set the activation conditions for the effects of summoning "Cyberse Gadget" by discarding Cybers below Level 2 and special summons.
I think it's an effect that works well with Cyberse, who specializes in retrieving, reviving, and fighting. There are many competing cards such as "Linkslayer" and White Hat, but the illustration is cool, so I definitely want to use it.

Having his own Special Summon ability makes him an excellent Cyberse, but the problem is the conditions and consumption. On the condition that there are no monsters in your field, you need to pay a hand cost, so it is undeniably difficult to use.
The effect when in the field is also 500 RBI down of the opponent's monster, which is not enough to be worth the consumption.
Overall, the performance is quite subtle, and it is not as convenient as 《Linkslayer》.

Although he is a top-class Cybers, he can Special Summon at a slightly higher cost, and since there is no Special Summon limit, he can be a candidate for recruiting from Arashiryu.
On the other hand, it's a delicate place to put in for a permanent down of about 500 in the current Cybers, where cards that reduce hand consumption are preferred.
Among the new Cybers this time, it seems to be a relatively decent line.

In addition to the Photothra conditions, he also needs a Cyberse monster hand cost, which is heavy even for the highest level monsters. Although it can be treated as a real 2900 RBI for that amount, the disadvantage of Cyberse itself producing high-level monsters is light. It's not a bad effect, but it's not worth considering using it outside of Cyberse.

It has the same deployment ability as 《Linkslayer》of the same attribute and race, but compared to that, it requires more Cybers in your hand, so it's heavier.
On the other hand, the status is moderately weakened overall, and as a main Cybers, it has high combat power. It will be a combat support, and it will play an active role as a combat personnel when receiving an EX meta.
However, this weight is still a bottleneck, and if you don't secure it early in the Cybers, which consumes a lot of money, it will be difficult to deploy. Due to the deployment conditions, compatibility with Cordic is subtle. I feel that this high level is also difficult to make use of in his current Cybers.
Due to its cost, it is a card that can play an active part in the early stages. I think it's a card that has a strong habit and is suitable for combos.

Unlike Pancra, it requires a hand cost, but you can play it even if you go first. However, if you can't take advantage of the hand cost, the shadow of the same Cyber ``Linkslayer'' is deep.
Thanks to the overall weakening effect, ATK is actually 2900, but it seems quite difficult to make it a selling point in this day and age. It's high level, so it's an advantage to be able to search with a skipper, but it's tough because it doesn't mesh well with the self-SS effect. Rather, the disadvantage of not being able to become a disciple, etc., due to its high level, would be more serious.
Poor dexterity stands out as a whole.

2400 RBI required his Special Summon to cost his hand in an era where Pancraa and others existed, but it's actually 2900 RBI and he can send it to GY under active conditions without depending on the opponent's field. Considering that it can be thrown away, differentiation is sufficient.
However, it is undeniable that just using it would be unsatisfactory, so he wants to be conscious of cooperation and combos with Cyberse.

Elemental HERO Doesn't it look just like Gaia's illustration...? ? "Is it just my imagination...?" ?
When there are no monsters in your field, it has the effect of discarding his Cyberse in your hand to Special Summon and the effect of weakening his ATK as long as it exists in the field.
Special Summon requires a hand, but instead, it is characterized by its high level and combat power. His own ATK is moderate, but in synergy with the weakening effect, he can fight up to his ATK 2900 opponent. However, in terms of fighting power alone, there is a monster called Pankratops in the semi-advanced class, so I would like to take advantage of the fact that I can send my hand to GY and that he is Cybers.
However, I can't deny that he feels that the cost of Special Summon is still heavy. It's also difficult to take advantage of his high level in his Cybers, which is centered on links.
