Comprehensive evaluation: I would like to adopt it if there is a gimmick where it is easy to expect to draw two or more cards and the numbers are arranged.
With 《Numeron Calling》, you can line up many Gates of Numeron, allowing for a large amount of draws.
In addition to 《Number 99: Utopia Dragonar》, it is possible to draw two or more cards from 《Number 93: Utopia Kaiser》and so on, so if you use them, there is no loss in using them.
The Utopia series is easy to put out via 《Number 39: Utopia Double》, and the initial move is less likely to cause an accident.

The effect is a simple one that draws only the type of №. However, until now, there wasn't much point in arranging numbers, and there weren't many kinds of cards to match with Pom Poms, so it was a card that said, "The effect is strong, but the environment is not good."
However, the evaluation changed completely with the appearance of Numeron. Since Numeron can earn № types as usual, this card also transforms into a cheat draw source. Although there is a restriction of turn 1, naturally the greedy pot that draws about 4 cards has started to earn blue ads. As a result of the influence, it is thrown into the semi-restriction.
Now, the Hope Deck has been strengthened and numbers are lined up, and even there, it is active as a card that can draw 3 cards, or 5 cards if it spins around.
...it's about to get banned.

It's like an adjustment plate for Xyz Treasure, which often appeared in the anime ZEAXL. Until now, the performance of Numbers has been finicky, so we couldn't expect many draws. However, a crazy group of people called Numeron came along, and I was able to pop out four Numbers with just one "Numeron Calling". In other words, one Field Spell "Numeron Network" is now able to draw 4 cards, which is a devastating advantage. It is a crazy way of taking adverts.

The difference from Xyz Gift, a similar card, is No. In exchange for being limited, Xyz materials are no longer needed, and the number of draws should be 2 or more.
Due to the new rules, it's difficult to line up multiple Xyz, and Xyz doesn't have much umami that can be revived after being used as a link material.

It's been talked about a lot, but it's a Numbers-only Xyz Treasure.
It has the effect of drawing cards up to the type of numbers on your field.
If it was an environment up to Master Rule 3, he wouldn't be able to have multiple Xyz Monsters on the field, and just making those cards Numbers might have turned out to be a powerful card that would lead to a lot of draws.
However, it's been a long time since we moved to a new master rule environment that requires a link, and it's a card that I can't deny that I missed the opportunity, or maybe that's why I was able to get it out.
Even with just one Numbers, it becomes Upstart Goblin with no LP recovery, so I don't think it's a weak card by any means...

A modified version of Xyz Treasure.
When it first appeared in the 10th term, it was undeniably difficult to handle due to the difference in rules, but in the 11th term, it became easier to line up Xs again like before the 9th term, and Numeron's ability to line up 1 to 4 Nos. From the romance to the actual battle level at once with the appearance.

Due to the new master rule, it's difficult to draw more than one Xyz, so it might be better to consider compromising with one card instead of being greedy with two cards.
I don't know what will happen with the flow of the times that Xyz, who was so powerful in the 9th term, will be in such a weak position.

Xyz Treasure finally appeared. Well, compared to over there, it's limited to your own field, and it's considerably weakened by specifying the "No." X monster. Still, if this was the era of Master Rule 3, it would have been easy to draw 2 or more, but it's difficult now that Link Monster is a must.
