Compared to 《Burial from a Different Dimension》that can return to GY and 《Pot of Acquisitiveness》that draws, you can find merits other than being able to use Normal Trap support.
Only Normal Monsters can return him to the deck, so he's pretty useless.

As others have commented, the effect has a decent upward compatibility of "Pot of Acquisitiveness", so I have the impression that it is a new card that comes with potato chips and has a modest strength. Since it's "until", you can activate it even if you have less than 3 cards, so it's not a complete deterioration, but it's not something you can make up for by such a difference.

Even though it was a bonus, I couldn't do anything about it. It would be troublesome if it was delivered with such an effect. By the way, you can't ship potatoes in this state.

This card has the advantage of being able to be copied by the Junk collector... (shivers)
If he just returned it to the deck and didn't draw anything, he would have been fine with a spell card.
If you want to return the banished card to the Deck anyway, I wanted you to do at least the face-down exclusion recovery.
Isn't it a product collection level rather than delivery?
