It takes a theme pledge, costs 2000, requires a 《Photon》monster in GY, and has the effect negate Special Summon. 2 body Special Summon is not bad, but there are many scenes where it is hard to activate.
When targeting, I would choose a level 4 Photon or 《Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon》, but if it's a Galaxy-Eyes photon dragon, it can lead to rank 8, so I want to aim for it. However, there are not many ways to send Galaxy-Eyes' photon dragon to her GY, so it takes time to activate it satisfactorily.
For Galaxy / Photon, it's a convenient card that has two copies, but on the other hand, it can't be used with cards like 《Astral Kuriboh》or 《Nebula Dragon》. However, I think that being able to recruit 《Galaxy-Eyes Afterglow Dragon》for Deck is a big deal.

There are more ways to deploy without using 《Union Carrier》, and with the introduction of 《Photon Emperor》, targeting Emperor will make it easier to Special Summon 《Galaxy-Eyes Afterglow Dragon》and connect it to Rank 8. The LP cost is heavy, but if you want to act first, you want to search with 《Galaxy Photon Dragon》. 3 is really heavy, so 2 is the standard

The ideal flow would be to revive the used Orbital and connect it to the Blast Dragon. He shrewdly raises ATK to 2000, so it's good to be able to connect with Solflare and Photon Dragon. However, the restriction that only Galaxy and Photon can be produced is too tight. Because of this, it's too painful to not be able to use the Union Carrier. It's an effect that seems to be useful and not so useful, but it's actually a useful card.
The LP cost is high, but the effect is worth it, and since this card can be searched with a mage, it is easy to use even with pin insertion.
After deploying with this card, it is also possible to search for the Galaxy that was actually recruited by summoning Shining Star Dragon. Galaxy-Eyes, which belongs to both Photon and Galaxy, is the easiest to use.
Only Galaxy and Photon can be deployed, but since there are useful attackers, removal, and suppression, there is less trouble.
Since it's a level-related effect, X can't be revived and can't be connected to FA or 95, so I'll give that up to Type 0.
Even though it is an LP, it has a high cost, so I would like to bring it as early as possible and develop it strongly. I think it's one of the best supports.
