There seems to be a lot of variation in evaluations of this card, but I think he's a user-friendly card that can be brought in with Formud Skipper in the Cyberse Deck. In most cases, I think that it will be adopted as a set with "SIMM Doublas".
In the Cyberse Deck, as long as it doesn't cause a lot of card mishaps, it can be used in the same way as Backup Secretary, and its effect when used as a link material isn't bad as a combat support.

The difficulty of reusing in Cybers is overwhelmingly low.

The strength of Cybers is still there, so even if you try hard, it often stops around link 2 or 3. There is no point in leaving it as it is and it is destroyed in battle, so this card that can be deployed while lowering even 1000 should be a lot of help. ★6 Cyberse, If you only use it as a link material with Cyberse, I don't think there's much point in making this card perishable because it's advanced, but I think the true value of this card lies in the fact that it's a ★6 that can be Special Summoned under loose conditions.
I think the most effective way to use it is to support Xyz materials in Decks that mainly use Rank 6 Xyz. In situations where it is difficult to connect to the next ritual with Manju or Petit + Idaten with Machine Angel, I think there are opportunities to be useful if you put it in a deck that handles ★6.
Well, I don't feel the significance of putting it in willingly, but it's a card that feels possible as a supplement to a Rank 6 Deck rather than a Link Deck.
